Amidst the chaos of life,
there is a way to pause and listen.
Building a yoga and meditation practice that aligns with Scripture.
We know we ought to stay connected to Jesus, to spend time in God’s word & prayer,
But we are perpetually bombarded by responsibilities and distractions leaving us feeling disconnected and overwhelmed.
Yoga and meditation – when aligned with the Truth of Scripture – are tools that can help us reconnect with our own body, mind, heart, and soul,
helping us feel grounded and secure in Christ.
Body
Calm your overstimulated nervous system with pranayama (breathing techniques) and yoga practices.
Mind
Quiet the cacophony of your thought through yoga and meditation, recentering around biblical truths.
Heart
Learn to name your emotions and sit with them, noticing what they are telling you and aligning them with the grace and truth of Scripture.
Soul
Notice and nurture your relationship with Jesus, by learning to be still, listen, and surrender to the Holy Spirit’s guiding of God’s truth in your life.

His delight is in the law of the Lord, and on His law he meditates day and night.

I’m Kati Luchterhand.
I’m a Certified Yoga Teacher.
By connecting the tools of yoga & meditation with the truth of Scripture, I help Christian moms nourish their relationship with Jesus even amidst the overwhelm of daily life.
I have been practicing yoga since high school. It started simply as a means to stay fit and healthy, but after several years of practicing, I began to realize that the effects of yoga were not merely physical. My mind was quiet and focused after yoga and any agitation or anxiety was also soothed enough for me to be still. So, I thought I’d take advantage of that feeling of stillness and focus. I started to follow up my morning yoga practice immediately with my quiet time – reading and studying Scripture, praying, journaling, and the like. I did further research and eventually took Yoga Teacher Training with The Yoga Abbey. This furthered my understanding and resolve that yoga and meditation, when used correctly, are tools that can benefit us on our spiritual journey.
I would be honored to offer you my knowledge and my experience as you journey through life with Jesus.
I value God’s intricate and interconnected design — body, mind, heart, and soul; but knowing that we are sinful and selfish by nature, we must align ourselves and preach the truth of Scripture to ourselves daily.
Each program and practice is designed with these values in mind:
staying rooted and grounded in God’s Word
learn to listen to the body, mind, heart, and soul, yet remain attentive & surrendered to the Holy Spirit
approach stress management from a holistic perspective: calming the nervous system & the thoughts while reminding the heart & soul of God’s promises
